Contract Safety Staffing

Qualified safety professionals placed on your project for the length of time you need them, from a two-week outage to a multi-year build.

Overview

Safety staffing for projects with real requirements

General contractors, owners and industrial operators often need safety personnel faster than they can hire, or for a defined period that does not justify a permanent position. Contract specifications may also require a dedicated safety professional with specific credentials before work can begin.

Fidelity Safety Group fills that gap. We place safety professionals who understand construction and industrial work, meet the qualifications your project calls for, and can integrate with your site leadership from the first day.

Owner-led placements

Fidelity Safety Group's owner, De'Andre M. Miles, CHST (OSHA 500/510), can personally mobilize as your Safety Manager, Site Safety Manager or Safety Consultant under a company-to-company contract. When you need more people, we provide or coordinate qualified contract safety professionals. Rates are scoped per project.

Yes. Fidelity Safety Group is based in Houston and supports projects nationwide, including travel assignments.

Can personnel meet our client's or owner's safety requirements?
