About Fidelity Safety Group
An owner-operated safety company that gives contractors and owners direct access to experienced field safety leadership, anywhere in the country.

Field safety leadership from someone who has done the work
De'Andre Miles founded Fidelity Safety Group after more than a decade on industrial and construction sites. He started in 2012 in hydroblasting, refractory, tank cleaning and turnaround work, moved into safety coordination in 2018, and has since led safety on refinery turnarounds, pipeline and industrial maintenance, infrastructure work and mission-critical data center construction across the United States.
He holds the Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) credential from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, has completed OSHA 500 and 510, and earned a B.S. in Occupational Safety & Health with a concentration in Construction Safety from Columbia Southern University.
His field focus is practical: daily inspections, JHA and AHA review, permit-to-work, confined space, hot work, LOTO and fall protection, with clear corrective-action follow-up and steady coordination with general contractors, supervisors and craft.
